Allie Porter Wahlig, of Dallas, Texas died during childbirth. The West Des Moines, Iowa, Houston, and Dallas, TX communities are mourning with her husband Brian Wahlig.

According to the family, Allie Porter Wahlig was pronounced dead after suffering excessive bleeding during childbirth. Allie Porter Wahlig unexpectedly lost her life while giving birth to her and her husband’s Brian Wahlig child Emma Porter Wahlig.

Allie Wahlig was an IP Disputes Associate with a focus on patent litigation. She represented clients in numerous cases in federal district courts and is experienced in various aspects of complex patent litigation, including the development of noninfringement and invalidity positions, working with technical experts, coordinating written discovery and document production, drafting claim construction and dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
