Loveland Fire: Mandatory Evacuations, wildfire on Storm Mountain, west of Sylvandale Ranch near Highway 34 in Boulder County, CO
Loveland Fire Investigations: There is a fast-moving fire near Highway 34 west of Loveland. Crews are on the scene and they are starting evacuations. They may close down Hwy 34 going towards Estes Park due to fire crews in the area. You may see smoke from the front range and possibly from our area. GVFD will monitor it and update it as needed.

Mountain View Fire Rescue: If you see a large amount of smoke to the north, it is a fire off of US 34 west of Loveland. Mountain View Fire Rescue does have Brush Engine 2233 en route to assist. There are multiple agencies assigned to the incident. These photos were taken from the northern edge of the MVFR district. Massive fire just started between Drake and Loveland, and loads of emergency vehicles going through the canyon towards Drake, don’t seem to be any roads for them to get to it!!!
