Erica Ash Comedienne Death: Fans all over the world are mourning the demise of a popular actress and comedienne who passed away unexpectedly. Erica Ash was a known actress in the popular BET’s Real Husbands of Hollywood, M-Chuck in Survivor’s Remorse, and many others. Erica played the role of Bridget in The Real Husbands of Hollywood. She also featured in The Outlaw Johnny Black. According to her management, the 46-year-old died from Cancer.

BET initially reported her death but swiftly deleted it, resulting in numerous contradicting accounts. However, Roland Martin has confirmed that she has passed away. He initially addressed the conflicting allegations in a tweet, saying, “I’ve seen the social media posts about @TheEricaAsh.” I know her well. I am phoning to confirm her current situation. I am on it. I despise bad reporting.

He followed-up. “I am saddened to confirm that our beautiful sister @TheEricaAsh is now an ancestor. She was 46. Erica was an incredibly brilliant, witty, and serious actor. I adored her. She was dedicated to politics and would have become one of @KamalaHarris’ strongest supporters. “Pray for her family.”

Ash, born Erica Chantal Ash on September 19, 1977, began her career in comedy and acting by appearing on sketch series such as ‘MADtv’ and ‘The Big Gay Sketch Show’. Her comedic talent shined through as she played famous roles like LaTanya on ‘The Big Gay Sketch Show’. She joined the cast of ‘MADtv’ in 2008, making her the show’s fifth Black female cast member in history. Her outstanding doodles included depictions of personalities like Naomi Campbell and Michelle Obama.

Ash’s television career has included important appearances in programs such as Survivor’s Remorse, where she starred as Mary Charles “M-Chuck” Calloway, Real Husbands of Hollywood, where she played Bridgette Hart, and In Contempt. Her recent work includes appearances in ‘We Have a Ghost'(2023) and ‘Outlaw Johnny Black’ (2023), which demonstrate her versatility and ongoing significance in the profession.
