Justin Ochs Bethesda MD Death: The Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP is mourning the tragic demise of their Chairperson and Partner who passed away unexpectedly. Bethesda, Maryland native Justin Ochs died suddenly this week.
Who Was Justin Ochs
Justin Ochs was the Chairman of WilmerHale’s Corporate Practice Group. His job included advising public and private companies on various corporate finance and other issues. Borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions rely on Mr. Ochs’ knowledge and strategic business guidance for a variety of debt financing transactions. Mr. Ochs represented his clients in situations including secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings, bridge loans, working capital facilities, commercial paper programs, and letters of credit.
He was a dedicated partner and friend. Darcy Ochs and the rest family members have been left heartbroken following the tragic death of the University of Virginia School of Law and Cornell University graduate. He was an alumnus of St. Albans School.
Justin Ochs served as a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), the DC Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. Justin Ochs obituary and funeral arrangements will be released by the family.
